@edleeds I'd be interested in a chat with you about the Holbeck Viaduct project after a recent chat with James, would you DM me an email address? Or let me DM you mine?

The unbelievable obtuseness of those who choose not to understand that checking that people are content with a #Brexit deal that bears no resemblance to what they were promised nearly 3 years ago is an extension of democracy not a denial of it
Julia Hartley-Brewer@JuliaHB1

The unbelievable hypocrisy of Green Party leader @CarolineLucas just now on @skynews, demanding we revoke Article 50 & hold a 2nd Referendum, then saying: “We shouldn’t be afraid... of the democratic process.”

Voting for a deal you know will damage the country simply so you get another shot at becoming Prime Minister. Hard to think of a less principled stance on the #Brexit chaos you helped create. You are an utterly shameless charlatan who is unfit to hold office.
Boris Johnson@BorisJohnson

It is very painful to vote for this deal. But I hope we can now work together to remedy its defects, avoid the backstop trap and strive to deliver the Brexit people voted for

It's hard to look at the timing of Vote Leave's capitulation on the electoral law appeal without wondering whether they accepted their guilt all along but were planning to admit it only *after* Brexit had been hauled over the line. Either way, it stinks.

So vote leave, headed up by @michaelgove and @GiselaStuart along with @BorisJohnson has admitted it broke electoral law multiple times. It’s not an allegation. They admit it. This should be huge news. Pls RT.

@JimMFelton Well @David_Cameron? Feel like you've really pushed the UK forward? Really benefited the populace of this country with what you've unleashed? Take any accountability at all for any of this? I wonder what they'll write about you in history books. It may not be very complimentary

Dominic Grieve deselection campaign being led by someone who not only stood against him as Ukip candidate in GE 2017, was a UKIP local council candidate and local branch chairman of Ukip, but also stood for the UKIP National Executive Council in 2016... now a Conservative.

Genuine questions 1) what happens if he decides to join The Independent Group at this point; 2) if he resigned as a Tory MP would it trigger a by-election; 3) if yes to 2, could he stand as an independent at that point, representing his constituents views as he has been doing?

The Brexit disaster is a reminder of what happens when disingenuous sloganeering runs into the wall of reality. Sort of like the GOP and healthcare.

Vote Leave yesterday accepted that it engaged in major breaches of electoral law in the last referendum Those responsible should be held accountable & not permitted to be engaged in the next referendum campaign

Whilst the country has been torn apart & consumed by Brexit the Tories have brought us Victorian diseases, soaring child poverty & malnutrition, soaring homelessness & even a reduction in our life expectancy! If you think that matters Please RT

For anyone wondering how Jacob Rees-Mogg can say Theresa May’s deal was so terrible last week she should be sacked & this week he might vote for it watch these 2 clips, just 7 days apart, which sum up desperate self preservation above national interest

@jeremycorbyn @theSNP @alexsobel I live in your constituency, here's an example of why I don't vote for you. This is tone deaf fiddling while Rome burns. I'd prefer to see Labour acting on the desperate situation at hand. Why is JC dredging up a news item a year older than me at this point? Priorities
