Autoregressively sewing and generating garments from text guidance

It only took two whole months before someone finally create an issue that @Google C2PA implementations are basically DoS‑ing the official @Adobe @ContentAuth @C2PAorg validators. github.com/contentauth/c2…

Error Level Analysis (ELA) of this @NYTimes 'Tehran crowd' photo shows signs of digital manipulation — a uniform noise texture across the crowd, anomalous clean values around the fountain, and suspiciously consistent flag density suggesting copy-paste duplication.

Meet Paul Melcher, "Expert in visual content authenticity and provenance", member and evangelist of the @C2PA_org. He has just launch a new #C2PA "Translator in Plain english" verifier. Of course I had to try it with some random forgery. 🤡

@kevinschaul The @C2PA_org is just endless implementation disasters. The real story is @ContentAuth: Adobe + Microsoft + Google + OpenAI’s regulatory-capture interest group for the AI industry. Their mission? Dodging regulation. x.com/botsdontcry1/s…

What is worse? 1. @Adobe advertising on AI Slop farms ? 2. @ContentAuth .bsky.social probably buying advertorials for @C2PA_org on the same AI Slop farms ? Note: The headshot is from the AI model that generated this article. diyphotography.net/content-creden… You can skip it.

Google’s @C2PA_org genAI Slop provenance is bloated beyond the absurd: 2.1MB of metadata on a 700kB JPEG, offering nothing useful beyond @Google's own entries and nearly crashing @Adobe's verifier. A simple max 4kB signed “Generated by AI” tag would’ve been more than enough.

At this week’s #IndiaAIImpactSummit in New Delhi, ITI's John Miller and Sameer Boray joined other tech experts to dive into provenance as a foundational infrastructure for transparency and verifiable context.

Meet Erik Svilich: co‑chair of the #C2PA Text Task Force and the creator of the @unicode hack that enabled embedding C2PA metadata into plain text. It somehow made its way into the official C2PA specification: without consulting @unicode. His previous venture: AI Avatars Slop.
