@JackCJohnston I feel like we were having this conversation about Buku last year. Then his form dipped and he was out of the side. Perhaps it didn’t get this much attention as we weren’t winning. Most XYZ player after some teams have only played twice is such a snorefest, regardless.

I'm loving what Buku Khamis has been doing and I am very happy for him that he's getting his flowers. But is he really "the most improved player in the comp"? This feels like a classic case of "team starts winning so player who has always done A is credited as finally doing A".

If St Kilda didn’t offer market rates to King someone else would have offered even more & they would have lost him. 83 games in eight years with a single 50-goal haul is bloody frustrating but lowballing No.4 draft picks who are key forwards just means someone else poaches them

@deeceepee80 Oh I’m not sure of the reasons why it wouldn’t be approved, but given how much sense it makes to try it’s not hard to imagine the Dogs would’ve tried it. It’s a shame. Bobby is such a wonderful player and clearly we all want him at his best (as I wanted Jamarra).
