I FIRMLY believe all dogs should be allowed anywhere forever with the caveat that their allowance is dictated by behaviour. If ANY dog is well behaved, quiet, polite, and doesn't lick stuff or leave their owners side, they should be completely welcome.

@Kolajr10 I saw these dogs at Kroger and it looks like they were wandering around randomly but their owner was there and they were incredibly well trained and i wanted to post that it was crazy i saw that and now people are angry about the beautiful dogs in Kroger
