How can a Homeowners Association possibly be qualified to manage a $100,000,000 real estate asset? Reality is, getting involved with my HOA was one of the stupidest decisions I’ve ever made, and the entire HOA system needs to be completely overhauled from scratch. They especially can’t stand the real estate folks, and you make instant enemies for making an actual intelligent suggestion.

The ridiculous complaints about the Jewishness of Seinfeld led me to think about the ethnicity of the funniest comedians, so I pulled up some all-time-best lists on the web. Overwhelmingly Jewish or black. Occasionally we white gentiles manage to produce a Steve Martin or Robin Williams, but they're roughly comparable to the proportion of Jewish NBA starters.

The thing is you don't need any of this stuff, like you don't need spices at all. I mean except salt and pepper. Onion and garlic powder if you're fancy. I didn't use anything but those the entire 4 years I was in college. And usually just salt and pepper.
