@JimNorton there's a metal pole coming out of the bottom of the front wheel that slides into the hole in the manhole cover where one would insert a crowbar for lifting. the front wheel doesn't move. he just has to have good enough balance to hold a realistic pose.

@MBuell01 @PrzydatekEdward @JimNorton there's simply a metal tube that comes out of the bottom of the front wheel that slides right into the hole in the manhole cover. if you look at the other side of the cover you'll see the other hole. there's 2 of these on manhole covers to put crowbars into for lifting

@PrzydatekEdward @JimNorton That would be the assumption but clearly the weight distribution is off. His body weight is not centered on the front tire. Most likely explanation is some sort of anchor under the front tire. I'd be amazed if he peddled off.
