@MartinSLewis But the upsides weren't what I was paying £9k/yr for. Wouldn't suggest it unless specifically to be a Dr, Lawyer etc, or to use it as a funding mechanism to get a fresh start (assuming student finance is still available) Even at 18, there's plenty of people that need that.

@MartinSLewis Graphic Design at a specialist arts university 2013-2016. Struggled to get a job related to my degree, found one that was targeted specifically to graduates at local unis - lucky that was the case. Met my wife there and it got me away from my family, so there were big upsides...

There were a lot of bad ways this could've been handled. @PokemonTCGP, a game that's not even a year old, smashed it though. @PokemonGoApp is not what, 9 years old? Imagine how stunned we'd be if we got a response like this from them. Take note. Learn something.

@WesternU Are inter-city busses that make routine stops outside Elgin Hall still able to use the roads, or are their stop locations being changed?

@Mulletmania Debuffing Sky Attack and Rock Slide together is nice too. It really ensures that fresh flyers get chances to shine without being put-off too much. The only thing I'm not keen on is the Karate Chop buff. Machamp doesn't need to be that fast in a meta this slow. But great job imo!

@Mulletmania I'm a big fan of the Wing Attack reversion too. Flyers do such a broad spectrum of things, and often Wing Attack users have a corebreaking niche that makes them inherently powerful. Accounting for flying types in building is more manageable when Digs and Blast Burns are slower.

So often I've been the first to criticise Niantic, Devon (espescially them) and even Silph at times for how they've handled PvP, so credit where credit's due, this latest update is fantastic. Most fun I've ever had playing GBL. Imagine finishing my sets six days in a row. Bravo.
