Had a great discussion on the #WorkingFamiliesTaxCutsAct with business leaders and employees at the Mulberry Café in Midland today.   I was proud to champion this law that has put hard-earned money back in the pockets of Texans, who received an average tax refund of more than $4,000 this year.    Great to hear how folks in West Texas are reinvesting these tax savings in their families, businesses, and communities.
