@SeeFisch Kindly disagree sir. The venous CO2 will always be higher than the arterial CO2. However you probably figured they needed ventilatory assistance before the gas came back.

@ecgandrhythmRoe Curious , was this given through a central line or PIV. I’ve seen prolonged response to adenosine through central lines and hence you need to cut dose in 1/2. Or for stable SVT just give a central CCB. Scary ECG thanks for sharing.

71 year old woman receives 12 mg adenosine i.v. to clarify the rhythm (ECG 1). This results in ECG 2. What is going on? How do you explain this?
