City of Minneapolis issues grant to nonprofit already paying back taxpayer money improperly received. They included New American Development Center as one of 34 organizations affected by Operation Metro Surge.

So he is well studied I'm profiting from pandemic. His research led to $66 million in grants for each of multiple AVIDD Centers with more in sustaining grants over time. Great work James Haslam!
