It's to a point where I have 60 fps ON OIL, am I missing the secret fps sauce or is it this bad for everyone. ryzen x3d and freshly reset pc too. anything remotely midmap is impossible to play

Like I’ve said before, if Facepunch keeps pushing updates like this, eventually not even 9800x3ds will be able to hold a stable 100 FPS in this game. Every new content drop comes with a noticeable hit in performance and never the needed optimization done to negate it. At this rate, owning a 9800x3d will become the new standard for Rust. I’ve told my community: “Wait until the content creators start to feel the hit with their 9800x3ds, then Rust will have to respond with something.” It’s past time. WE NEED OPTIMIZATION.

You will die regardless of horse armor against multiple players shooting you or against AKs/LMGs. You will also die several times each day if you hit a cactus or tree or something.

@Alistair_McF Today, three players mounted on invincible horses ruined my game. All projectile shots are invalid. It doesn't matter where you shoot, headshot, bodyshot, they're invincible. Please review this.

I love Rust don’t get me wrong but I wish there was no tech tree, no drones, no map, no UI, just like how hardcore WAS but just make this default in vanilla rust. I just want that tense SURVIVAL feel, is that too much to ask for? 🥲 wish hardcore succeeded. Apologies just felt like venting haha
