@FBI @FBIDirectorKash Theres civil rights violations, obstruction of court proceeding (failing to give serving papers after confirming lawsuit was real), malicious persecution since they knew who they wanted to grab and they're "shopping" for any crime they can get their hands on. This is a disgrace to our judicial system, clean out, charge and arrest all these corrupt cops.
The judge granted an EX PARTE warrant and WAIVED BAIL ON THE WARRANT? how much more "in their pocket" do you need to find a Judge criminally liable.
And the BAM executives should be charged for the blatant lies about drugs and stolen merchanise.

Ammon McNeff – CEO of Bricks & Minifigs. Sitting at the top of the corporate ladder, hiding behind a PR desk, claiming his hands are clean while using regular families' money to scale a brand that allegedly covers up the theft of a $200,000 community Lego collection.
Joshua Johnson – The incoming Salem, Oregon franchise operator. The man who supposedly weaponized the legal system and the police department, repeatedly filing reports to avoid facing the reality of a stolen consignment collection and a valid small claims judgment.
Fourth District Judge Roger W. Griffin – The judge who officially signed off on the search warrants used to raid and harass investigators tracking down the stolen property.
The Anonymous Records Clerk (American Fork Records Dept.) – The voice on the phone with @RecklessBen who flat-out admitted they don't redact body cam messages for the police, hiding behind standard Utah GRAMA code to justify the department's blatant lack of transparency. We still need this name.
The American Fork Police Department Enforcers:
Lieutenant Quinn Adamson
Officer Richardson
Officer Steven Hawkins
Officer Luke Sumbot
Officer Samuel Canizalez
Officer S Tonga
Officer K Benzon
Officer C Jennings
Officer Fraughton
You wanted to play games, hide behind closed doors with "no cameras," and use badges to bury the truth. The public has the receipts and we know exactly who you are. Full accountability is coming. #Exposed #recklessbenwins

MGS BRICK filmed this back in Jan 2025 in North Carolina as a normal video. a month ago, he dropped a short asking to collab with @recklessben, and the McNeff brothers lost their minds. COO Matt McNeff sent an email threatening legal warfare, forcing a college kid to back away. they'd rather bully creators to cover up bad PR than address the systemic pattern of defrauding people
English

if you think the $200k theft exposed by @recklessben was a one-time mistake, watch the creator MGS BRICK in his video "I Exposed Bricks & Minifigs with a $1,000 Minifigure". he proved that bricks & minifigs has a long track record of manipulating prices and defrauding people out of high-value items. it's a systemic pattern. Also the CEO openly admitted that their entire business model relies on regular people using their life savings to fund and operate these locations. they are built entirely on the backs of everyday americans across hundreds of stores, yet they still turn around and steal from the community.

Andrew Paul Johnson, a Jan. 6 rioter who received a presidential pardon on January 20, 2021, was later arrested in 2023 and subsequently convicted on 5 separate counts of child molestation involving 2 minor victims. He is now serving a life sentence.

The statement on the sign is true: Jared Kushner was never elected to any public office, and no one voted for him. Instead, he is Donald Trump’s son-in-law who was appointed to serve as a Senior Advisor in the White House.
but as a president, you can appoint staff members to top advisory roles without the public or the Senate voting on them. (AI photo).

Saw your other meme post. Love it.
A little helper...
Do Not Call status under Giglio is in the prosecutors' "discretion".
Investigate, gather, and disclose is an "obligation" upon the prosecutors. If they fail, for which the Brady List is the receipts, the prosecutors can get their own ethical violation under RPC 3.8. Judges can also be given an ethical violation.

Epstein had a list.
So do we.
Theirs was full of predators.
Ours? Predators with badges.
The government buried both.
We didn't. 👉 giglio-bradylist.com

Wow, I didn't realize I was talking to the architect behind the platform! Thank you for explaining the logistics—this makes total sense now. What you are doing here is incredibly important. Real accountability is so rare, especially when departments try to protect unreliable officers. Thank you for building a tool that actually forces transparency and drives real change. Respect.

'Official' isn't really a thing under Brady.
Prosecutors can file Brady Offenses or Do Not Call status under Giglio.
POSTs can file Decertifications.
LEOrgs can file Brady Offenses.
Civilians can file Complaints.
Then, under Brady, prosecutors have to investigate, gather, and disclose everything to the defense. Brady is just an aggregator of different evidence (content types).
Materiality will be decided by a judge on a case by case basis. Case = criminal prosecution of others, not these officers.
That said, this evidence will now follow these officer for the remainder of their careers.

If @RecklessBen sues the American Fork PD for his Utah arrests, he faces a rigged legal trap: Qualified Immunity. Under the 2-prong test, a judge can skip deciding if the cops violated Ben’s rights and throw out the lawsuit instantly if there isn't an IDENTICAL past case on the books. This is how police accountability dies on a technicality.
the officer who put in for the warrant to search for stolen legos at ben's place is cole G richardson (same guy who took the phone)
Civil rights attorneys like Brandon Grable point out that when cops leave critical facts out of a warrant, it changes everything. If law enforcement hid the context of the Lego consignment dispute to manufacture probable cause, it blows past "mistakes" and enters deliberate constitutional violations. #RecklessBen #QualifiedImmunity

Not a recent case but it still matters, especially to this family. a 2016 case in the netherlands where a driver killed a 2-year-old and her grandparents and only got 120 hours of community service. the father actually did throw a chair in fury. the details are devastating: 2-year-old Ise was in her bicycle seat riding with her grandparents (ages 67 and 64) when a 33-year-old driver struck them. the brokenhearted father from Heesch unleashed absolute hell in that courtroom, and honestly, nobody can blame him. (Ai image, no cameras in court and names are withheld also). The prosecution immediately appealed the weak 120-hour sentence. In 2015, the appeals court completely overturned the initial ruling, found the driver guilty of criminal speed, and sentenced him to 15 months in prison along with a 4-year driving ban. The driver actually fled the country to England to evade jail time, but international tracking teams caught him in 2016 and extradited him back to the Netherlands to serve his time. (15 months only btw.)

it’s easy to see why the DC establishment is always gunning for Thomas Massie. He is one of the very few politicians who actually votes like a strict constitutionalist instead of a party loyalist.

@JDrolshagen @chefJohnyk420 it’s not an official DA designation yet? Isn't this just people flagging them or adding them, but not official?

@Noisebox_IT Yep thank god for @recklessben otherwise Bryan Mansell would have just been walked all over and wouldnt have a fighting chance, they are in the wrong and they know it.

BLM national foundation raised $90M in 2020. IRS tax filings expose where it actually went:
$6M – Secret luxury California mansion compound
$32M – Invested straight into the stock market
Millions to relatives: $2.1M to director's firm, $1.6M to her child's father, $840k to her brother's security company
Only $21.7M went to community grants. Neighborhoods got nothing.
