I've been experiencing this error for over a week in the @British_Airways Android App. I have the same error when logging in on a different phone. But I can log in on BA.com. What's the issue? Can anyone help? Samsung S25+ running One UI v8.0 and Android v16

@BootsUK I have had my refund rejected now as I've given up on trying to hew. This is ridiculous. What am I supposed to do when this is how I receive a parcel from yourselves. Back on the phone to raise the 4th case. Utter incompetence

Shocking customer service from @BootsUK . Ordered a home delivery and it was split into two boxes. One was almost fully empty and had been stolen by someone within @RoyalMail . Boots are liable and now on phone for the 4th time as they keep cancelling the case by email.

@British_Airways I called and the agent sees the same issue. He said you're showing hotels that are not actually available. I've changed dates, tried different hotels and the same result. You must be losing business here. I've filled in the forms about 10 times now.

I've tried to buy a @British_Airways holiday 4 times... No added extras or complications on the checkout process. Literally clicking through and using their BA AMEX card and I get this every time. It then wipes out everything I've typed and I have to start again😐
