I genuinely do not understand how anyone is upposed to:
Work full time.
Cook from scratch.
Ecercise daily.
Sleep 8 hours.
Mantain relationships.
Pursue hobbies.
Further their career.
Stay politically informed.
Practice mindfulness.
Save aggressively.
And be present and joyful every single day.
Without either being wealthy enough to outsource half of that list.
or broken enough to have quietly given up on most of it.
