Highly recommend no one to ever buy a sofa from @Sofology @SofologyHelp customer service is the worse I have ever seen and have now failed to deliver sofa number 3 and have no idea where it is

@Sofology @SofologyHelp one of the worse company's and customer service I have ever seen, ordered sofa in February, gets delivered 5 weeks ago with rips in the sofa, order sofa number 2 - they end up losing half the sofa. Order sofa number 3- they say they booked delivery

But actually don't book the delivery. Call them daily and have to wait hours to actually get through to them, even when you do get through you get cut off or they say they will call you back but never do. There live chat is a waste of time, countless messages and never respond
