@ubereats_uk@UberUKsupport appalled by tonights service!Ordered at 17.44, est delivery 18.30. 19.30 I phoned the restaurant who said it had been collected a long time ago.The app said a female on a bike was delivering our order, a male in a car arrived at 20.05, food stone cold!

@British_Airways we were due to fly to Orlando on the 8th November but you cancelled our flight 2 days before the us boarder announcement. Will you now be reinstating those direct flights?We have been trying to call everyday and can't get through!!!
@British_Airways we're booked to fly to Orlando on 8th Nov,outbound flight has been cancelled.Hotel and inbound flight still booked.We have been told we have until Thurs 21st to decide whether we want a refund or alternative flight but can't get through to discuss.Help

@Sofology@SofologyHelp one of the worse company's and customer service I have ever seen, ordered sofa in February, gets delivered 5 weeks ago with rips in the sofa, order sofa number 2 - they end up losing half the sofa. Order sofa number 3- they say they booked delivery
But actually don't book the delivery. Call them daily and have to wait hours to actually get through to them, even when you do get through you get cut off or they say they will call you back but never do. There live chat is a waste of time, countless messages and never respond
