In less than 3 years, Wes Moore has DESTROYED our state's fiscal future. He burned through the massive budget surplus he inherited, turning it into a multi-billion dollar structural DEFICIT with his out-of-control spending. This fiscal irresponsibility and instability has resulted in one of the “Big Three” credit reporting agencies DOWNGRADING Maryland’s Bond Rating from AAA to AA1—potentially crippling our borrowing ability. If he gets another term- Maryland may never fiscally recover.
