@LucaNetz The issue here is the speculation. It’s what leads to disappointment. Subsequently, people get rekt. The element of surprise is knowingly exploited.

If you create an NFT first and let people redeem, they speculate on the contents of the redemption which ultimately leads to people getting burned because value of the NFT will never meet the redeemable. Buy a physical first, expectations are clear, and then unlock an NFT. The consciousness reads it as a win + win.

@LucaNetz Yes the days of easy money are seemingly behind us. Perhaps there just needs to be a shift in how projects approach things. Stronger communication with clear goals and direction. Justify the ask for people’s hard earned dollars.

Any mint in this market is a death sentence. Avoid at all costs.

@LucaNetz Why? You’re catering to two different markets digital to physical compared to physical to digital. So I would argue that it depends on the product, quantity and motive behind the release.

Buying an NFT to unlock a physical item is not the right way to do it imo. Buying a physical item and unlocking an NFT as an extra value add is a 10x better value proposition. Yet 99% of physical / digital integrations are the first one. It doesn’t make sense to me.
