@dgmacarthur @SimonsCas Totally agree on need, yield, value, and power of simple categorical aggregation and automation for updates. A tricky part particularly for peds has been whether re-calling is standard of care or research, and was there consent for the latter?

1. Fast thinker who has not stopped since graduating from college at age 17.
2. Voting with her feet for impact and gave up tenured position at arguably top CS Dept for a swing at Education and then Biomedicine.
3. Sees double edge of new technologies but her response is to double down on the constructive side rather than trying to put the genie back into the bottle.
4. NEJM AI is lucky to have her on our editorial board.

A new study finds a strong association between cannabis use disorder (ie: weed addiction) and schizophrenia in young men. As many as 30% cases of the mental disorder in men 21 to 30 could've been prevented by averting cannabis use disorder.
