Upsetting news to hear #StarTrek Starfleet Academy will not go past Season 2. The fandom's inability to embrace any new storytelling outside of nostalgia might as well be the death knell for the fandom.

I just talked to one of my Venezuelan teammates and he’s so happy! He hasn’t been able to travel to his country to see his parents in 11 years but now he says he’s going to. I can’t imagine Americans protesting that! 🇻🇪

What a great day for the people of Venezuela! 🇻🇪 I played 3 Winters in Venezuela from 1991-1993. I loved the people and the beautiful country. It started to deteriorate my last season there and it broke my heart because I know that the people were suffering. Thankfully we have a President who takes action! The World is a safer place today 🇺🇸

On day one as Mayor of New York City, Zohran Mamdani revoked the IHRA definition of antisemitism and overturned the city’s anti-BDS executive order. In doing so, he erased years of actions taken under Mayor Eric Adams to protect the Jewish community. These decisions endanger New York City’s Jewish population, the largest Jewish population outside of Israel.
