It is an unfortunate reality that most citizens in #Pune are unaware of the city leadership (MLAs/Nagar Sevaks) across different political parties. These aspirants only become visible during elections. For Pune's sustained development, local representatives must remain present, connected, and engaged with citizens year-round, not just when seeking votes. This is not #Pune. The incidents of the last month and the severe politicization of the situation have painted a distorted picture of our lovely city. It seems as if Pune has devolved into a city of drunkards, spoiled brats, party paradises, nefarious lobbies, drug-addicted students, and crumbling infrastructure driving away companies—this is far from the truth. While the transgressions are deplorable and the system requires an overhaul, Pune still remains one of the safest and most vibrant cities in India to live in, offering excellent education and talent that drives the economy. @bsuhas we have dealt with biofuel circle at an auction for biomass briquettes at a bidding rate and got a purchase order they assured to lift the material but didnt and instead asked as to reprice downward to which we agreed and our material is still not being lifted

Good video to understand the opportunity in circular economy. @sonalbhutra @bsuhas There is more than 200 Million MT of agricultural residue in the form of biomass that is available for harnessing in India - which is 17% of India's energy needs. Three key challenges to attaining this utility: 1. Lack of farm mechanisation to collect the residue post harvest. This is linked to problem of stubble burning. 2. Harvest is seasonal but industrial use is continual. Hence needs storage / warehousing. Also needs Working Capital financing solutions. 3. A Controversial yet Disruptive Idea! I firmly believe that the current "Kota Pattern" approach to entrance and competitive examinations is squandering two valuable years of our students' lives. Instead of selecting the brightest minds, this system often favors those who excel at rote memorization, relegating true innovation to the sidelines. To remedy this, the government should institute a program granting direct entry into prestigious institutions like IITs and IIMs for young innovators who generate genuine intellectual property for the nation. Even a modest quota for such individuals would catalyze a surge in intellectual property creation within India. I don't believe in venture studios @naval sums it up perfectly here that the scarce resource in startups isn't ideas or capital which is what venture studios provide its entrepreneurs who are motivated to slog through the idea maze to solve a problem they're obsessed with importantly, an idea that isn't yours is inherently less motivating than an idea that is the best entrepreneurs aren't mercenaries like this, so they almost never do venture studios
