I think Saylor fumbled by not increasing $STRC to 12% this month.

Total BTC, BTC Rating, and BTC Risk Metrics will destroy fantasies shared by illogical analysts like @ZynxBTC. You need more Total BTC, Higher BTC Rating, and Lower BTC Risk to issue more Credit. Good luck to Strive, though...
Zynx@ZynxBTC

For the first time ever, $SATA's 20-day moving average is higher than $STRC's. I suspect it won't be long before this will be true for the 50-day MA. This leads me to arrive at my next prediction. People are going to be shocked when $SATA does more volume in a day than $STRC.

$ASST is currently trading at an EV mNAV of 1.49x. Assuming a conservative 2026 BTC Yield of 75% (YTD 40%), they can earn back their mNAV premium in 8.5 months. After a long winter, my Forward Months to Cover (FMC) metric is back in the game, and useful as ever. Strategy's FMC is 10.4 months, assuming a 25% BTC Yield this year. My rough cheat sheet: <6 months = deep value 6-12 months = cheap 12-18 months = fair value 18-36 months = expensive >36 months = overpriced

🔋🚨 𝗗𝗜𝗗 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪: The ball for the 2026 World Cup needs to be plugged in and charged before kick off. • The balls have a sensor that tracks its precise location every time that it's touched. • For the 2022 World Cup, the sensor hanged in wires inside the ball, but now it's part of one of the balls panels. • The data is paired with 12 cameras around the stadiums to track the precise location of the ball and every player 50 times every second. • This data is transmitted live to VAR, and will be used to determine goal line technology and offsides. • The sensor is extremely lightweight, unnoticeable for the players, and the battery lasts for up to 6 hours.

@GuyTalksFinance So you basically bought and became extremely bullish at the cycle top to flip flop during a foreseeable bear market? Or was the Bitcoin content just for some engagement farming?

@BenjaminStongMD @ZynxBTC If they use income to pay the dividends then the ROC treatment will go away so that's another reason investors will stay with $STRC and $SATA. Launching prefs in the U.S. just seems forced and unnecessary.

@ZynxBTC Having operating income is a huge advantage. They will need to consider the amplification etc with Pref launch in Japan coming to stay in the good graces of regulators

When Metaplanet issue their US preferreds they should go hard and fast. Daily dividends from day one. A yield of 12% to 14% to stimulate demand immediately and establish themselves in the market without hesitation. They can afford to do this. One advantage they have over Strategy and Strive is that they can generate sufficient operating revenue to cover dividend payments without leaning on the common stock ATM, reducing the drag on equity holders. As a variable rate product, they can bring the yield down over time as interest rates fall and the product matures. I think being aggressive while Bitcoin is so cheap is the way to go.

@chris91480831 @AdamBLiv @DavidFBailey Not sure if he did but definitely stay away from them. Bailey had given himself the right to later sell his own private companies back into the public company at inflated prices, issuing hundreds of millions of new shares and diluting everyone else’s holdings in the process.

NAKA is now at $0.15 per share. The market is paying roughly 48 cents for $1 of senior claims-adjusted Bitcoin exposure. That means either: The balance sheet deserves a massive trust discount The market has not figured out the CEBE math yet The stock is obscenely mispriced Maybe some combination of all three. What do you think? 🤔

4. Perhaps that means Saylor has such an ego that he sees his very existence as necessary/inevitable at this point in time. He can’t even see how fast Bitcoin’s CAGR is decreasing each cycle which is obvious. 5..

1. If you think Saylor’s Bitcoin buys have elevated Btc price, without him we would have broken below the powerlaw trend. 2. If you believe they haven’t helped (mostly proxy effect) then Saylor is delusional as he strongly believes the opposite. 3..

@AdamBLiv The issue i have with this is who is actually going to buy these preferreds? High yield + frequency you buy $SATA. Credibility and Low risk you buy $STRC. Unless they are planning to launch a different type of product?

Not even a month later, and there is a soon to be BTC backed daily dividend paying security. Big belated congrats to the entire @Strive team for pushing the forefront of innovation. It’s lost on no one that the US is currently the most dynamic and innovative capital market in the entire world.
