This is not a hate tweet but hear me out. I sincerely like the hype around @wallchain. The team is handling the mystery behind Quacks and Badges beautifully and everyone can feel the momentum. Thus the hypemania. Nothing wrong with, we all live for attention. BUT, There’s a structural issue forming in how this “farming mechanism” works across all InfoFi projects. And it’s creating a subtle but serious imbalance. Ok i understand that the bigger accounts should obvs have an advantage, thats the rule of the game. Thats how influence works. But lately, seeing all the same names on ALL the LB's is starting to feel disheartening. We aka the little guys are engaging with their tweets just to get crumbs of Quacks which boost their engegements even more. So we provide value to them as well. However if there is not a mechanism to stop them from entering on all the available projects; they are just gonna monopolize every single projects reward pool and we just gonna keep getting 0.2 Quacks daily if we are lucky. With no chance of ever entering any kind of leaderboard pool. And that’s the core problem: Without some kind of structural cap or rotation, it will be an infinite loop which will gonna self-deplete in some time. I got nothing against the big creators, on the contrary it is everyones motivation here to grow their accounts. They grinded early and grew their social persona and deserve to be rewarded. But without any restrictions it is impossible for us keep motivated. If InfoFi is gonna revolutionise the concept of social media, i believe it should be a JUST place. So my suggestion is as follows: - There shall be a max amount of project one can enroll. You guys can decide on how many but 2 is fair tbh. This way the quality of contents will increase as the big accounts gonna have to compete against each other. And the restriction maybe gonna give us a little more chance to enter the Leaderboards. I say this as someone who loves this ecosystem and wants to see it become a truly just space. I hope it reaches out to somewhere. TL;DR: - There should be a limit to how many project leaderboards one can enroll in. - I say 2. You might say 3. But there needs to be a limit for fairness, sustainability, and long-term motivation. This tweet is for the one who have not started using @openmind_agi app. Their point system kinda protects every user as there is an upper daily limit you can for points. I think it is 12 as i read in the discord. I myself haven't pushed to the limit because it is not so easy to collect rewards tbh. Which is a green flag for me, it can not be farmed easily.
