I’d rather have $1 million invested in $VOO
Than a $1 million paid off house…
I’ll sleep knowing my portfolio will grow and compound at a faster rate than my house, pay me true passive income from dividends with dividend growth, and I’m guaranteed to be financially secure long-term…
Do you agree?

@BoomerDivvies One of the best gifts I received from my parents. No question.

I’ve never understood why people care so much about where others choose to live.
It has no impact on me where anyone wants to raise their family and I don’t spend any time thinking about it.

@realEstateTrent Just imagine how much money you would save by not living in NYC. Seems like you could run your biz from anywhere and you have properties on the west coast. Check out Nashville or anywhere near there. You could save $100,000’s per year

@kapilansh_twt Apple has a lot of cash. But probably not that much cash

@InvestingAddict You’re wrong. You should never own individual stocks 🤣🤣🤣

@APompliano @Barchart You didn’t forgot to include leverage did you?

It has been much better to own stocks than real estate over the last 50 years.

@nickgraynews I believe when you buy a house, you can ask the title company to keep information private.

@realEstateTrent That’s one solution.
Or, with the extra time, they could add on services or add more clients.
The latter sounds harder; but if their competition is charging less, your friend might lose business.
Both options would work for some and not for others!

Reminds me of my all time favorite marketing headline:
“Tova Borgnine Swears Under Oath That Her New Perfume Does Not Contain an Illegal Sexual Stimulant,” with the subhead: “Wife of famous movie star agrees to give away 10,000 samples of her new fragrance just to prove it’s safe to wear in public.”

Marketing doesn’t get better than this

NEWS: Anthropic's new model, Claude Mythos, is so powerful that it is not releasing it to the public. Instead, it is starting a 40-company coalition, Project Glasswing, to allow cybersecurity defenders a head start in locking down critical software. nytimes.com/2026/04/07/tec…

We offered $5,000 to whichever employee got the most engagement on LinkedIn in a single quarter.
$2,500 for second.
$1,500 for third.
Plus $500 for anyone who published 20+ times.
The result: 24 employees published 581 posts in 85 days. 43,000+ reactions. 28,000+ comments. 34,000+ new followers.
27 new clients signed. $153,000 in new MRR.
I remember one guy from our team had less than 1,000 followers when the competition started. Today? 10,000+ followers.
The total prize pool cost us about $15K. The return was $153K per month. Every month. Recurring.
People need a reason to do things that aren't in their job description.
Cash works.
