@SHEIN_Official @SHEIN_UK Tell customers they’re getting a refund, get them to return the item, then hide behind a coupon excuse and change it to £0 after the fact. Why would anyone return something for nothing? Why ? paid for it — I should get it back. This is just misleading.

@UPS_UK I’ve had 2 senior staff (incl. a Team Captain, Post Clearance) tell me to “contact HMRC” because UPS used the wrong customs code on a warranty repair. UPS handled both export & import, took £80.46 while in dispute, & are now passing the buck. I need a manager.
