Hello yall 👽, I was inspired by fellow X user to start a journal of my drop shipping shenanigans. I have been at it for 2.5 months now and did around $4.5k in the last 30 days… unprofitably. Thought I found a winner but i just can’t seem to scale it. A wee bit discouraging…

Hitting a million taught me what it means to be a business owner. These past five months have been so transformational as a business owner. Low margins will point out your weak points, and if you don’t fix them they will ruin you. These past five months push me to build a good base for my business and make good decisions. I reckon a lot of people would’ve quit if they went through what I went through and am just getting out of. Now it’s time to take this opportunity to build something bigger than just amz. I plan on taking out all my profits to feed investments and other ventures. What a blessing it is to live and experience life. Huge shoutout to @AidenFBA @LocdoesFBA @CookingCashflow @joeypraete this small group of people have helped me a ton. Keep your circle small.

Anybody who’s paid for info, was it worth it? There’s some things I’m trying to learn that I cannot crack yet, but I know others that know how. With this being said, it’s not guaranteed that these paid individuals will give out the info I am looking for. Thoughts?

@FBA_Dylan Depends on the person, chance of getting what you want, and how much you pay. Generally speaking most paid info will not be great. However, if you find the right person the return is unmatched.

Some spend stats from August (all OA): 100% sent to 3PL - $108k spent on FBA inventory - $2k spent on FBM inventory First month ever with not a single product touched by me. Every single thing (removals/returns/damaged etc) outsourced

@raj_fba Same LMAO. You know if there is any way to explicitly specify no same day deliveries, or store deliveries?

If you buy anything in bulk from Walmart and it delivers through “Walmart same day delivery” or through store delivery, you NEED to be taking video opening the boxes. I was missing $1400 of product on a fat clearance sale but took videos opening all the boxes and I’m in the process of getting all my money back. It doesn’t happen with delivery from FedEx or other normal carriers but the “Walmart same day delivery” from their warehouses is not it.

Finally! After the goal post shifted twice and we submitted three different POA (2 w/ WFS REP) and then a full blown account suspension appeal. We should be back in the next 48 hours. Grateful to have it rectified, a bit let down that we had to loose $50k+ in sales for nothing

@fbaworshiper FRR, I was ordering hundreds to my college. Sometimes that stuff broke and leaked out of the box. Let's just say I had some explaining to do to the mail people. That stuff felt way to real .
