Global markets have been trading higher for the last two days. Possible de-escalation talks between the US and Iran may take place soon, easing geopolitical tensions.
Brent Crude has corrected about 10% from recent highs, while Gold, Silver, and Copper continue to remain firm.
Indian markets saw strong buying from lower levels on Monday, and with improving global cues we may start slightly higher today. The market could again test the previous high near 24,200.
Strategy: Continue buy on dips. A sustained move above 24,200 may trigger fresh long additions.
Preferred sectors: Power, NBFCs, PSU Banks.

China has no locus standi on the Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh. The Himalayas are the natural and traditional boundary between India and Tibet.

It is entirely within China's sovereignty to standardize the names of some places in Zangnan region, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said on Tuesday when asked to comment on Indian Ministry of External Affairs spokesperson on Sunday rejected China’s action, claiming that such a move undermines efforts to stabilize ties between the two countries, following China’s release on April 10 of the sixth batch of standardized names in the Zangnan region. At present, China-India relations are generally stable. China's policy committed to improving and develop China-India relations remains unchanged, Guo said. “We hope the two sides will meet each other halfway and do more things that are conducive to bilateral relations,” Guo added.
