@sadist_2003 There is this youtuber who uploads GIFT updates daily, basically a city tour type. Holy cow that place is getting crowded with buildings! Skyline sets apart. Not to mention , Gujjews are ahead when it comes to aesthetics and design .

Ngl, I had minimal hopes on Dholera and GIFT city but my views have changed after seeing the investments & seriousness of the gov in recent years, if it remains the same, you'll see a very diff Guj in terms of financial services by 2030.
