@AvantiGas your customer service is appalling. Used the contact form on Monday, requesting a call to order gas - no response, it’s now Friday. Sat on hold to your “customer service” line on 3 occasions for a total of 2.5 hours. Do you ever answer phone?

@sunshine_co_uk is there a way to contact customer services that doesn’t involve live chat? An hour waiting on Monday and an hour again today without getting connected

@ao terrible delivery today. Slot was 3-7pm its 9.50 now and still not here. Driver rang at 7.45 to say he would be here in a few minutes. Cant believe how bad this service is. Poor.
