@elonmusk For a 3rd party in the US we need the alternative vote of doing ranked voting, aka instant runoff voting. Without that, the America Party is more likely to allow the Democrats to win even if most lean to Republican/American ideals where either is preferred over Democrats winning.

OPM does not have tasking authority over the agencies, nor does DOGE, nor Musk. Now if a request came from POTUS, that would get a response.

I worked as DOD engineer for 10 years. Finished as a GS-13 (out of 15). We had to send an email describing our work product of the previous week, and plans for the coming week, every week, for all of the 10 years I was there. People need to stop crying.
