I'll add, I would never settle for a person. Not just because I'm both content alone & deserve my desires met, but I would never steal someone's life they could spend being loved well or view them like that. I would not want to settle or be settled for. It's a disturbing premise.

Like a big part of Hugh Jackman's former appeal was that he presented as loving his wife. Women are currently gnawing on their hands over Ed Harris & celebrating his wife. "Wife guy" is actually a term because men loving their wives is like a drop of water in the desert.

@JessPected A lot of them really don't know how to handle it when a man actually does call them out. So it usually results in what I can only describe as defensive groveling or name calling and/or threats. Because they know that the man who called them out is stronger than they are.
