Telemarketing is globally hated, yeah? So why has cold calling become the go-to for tech sales? These cold calls tell me 2 things — you like making people uncomfortable (who TF wants to talk to a stranger on the phone) and my personal data has been sold. No thanks.

Taking my adhd meds for the first time today and I am freaking out

@kiikiithegirl When I first started my ADD meds, I found that eating "wet" foods was easier — like yogurt, soup/stew, even pasta w/ lots of sauce. Baby carrots made a great snack when I knew I *should* eat but wasn't hungry. It gets easier though! I'm 8 yrs in now and eat pretty normally 🍕

Update, I was able to eat dinner. Not really hungry but I knew I would eat. For both meals I had today, I ate a smaller amount than usual, but not anything remarkably less. I also had less of a want to snack, and I remembered to drink water more/better? So that’s cool
