A Tesla like the Model S Plaid in that video has one big battery pack, but it's built from 7,920 individual 18650 lithium-ion cells (cylindrical ones, way bigger than AA batteries). They're arranged in 5 modules. Other Tesla models use different counts and cell sizes (like 2170s in Model 3/Y, often ~4,000+). Pretty wild how they're packed!

I'm not sure what i was expecting from inside a Tesla presumably all electric cars. Didnt think its just essentially AA batteries strapped together. Learn something new everyday.
