@joeumann We are currently developing Callipeg for Windows and MacOS (for a 2026 release). And Callipeg is also available on Android tablets, not only on iPad. 🥳

Why not just get an iPad and use those apps? I considered it, but ultimately chose a drawing tablet for PC, and because this is a PC, other apps are available. I still wish iPad-exclusive (or similar) apps existed on PC. Callipeg may come to PC someday; they are considering it.

I wish iPad-only apps like Toonsquid, Procreate (both original and Dreams), and Callipeg (though this one might have a chance) were also available on computers like PC, but I know that never happened since those apps were made for iPad for a reason: artists use them on the go.

With the news that Adobe Flash/Animate is going away, this could be the perfect opportunity for @toonsquid @Procreate Dreams and @callipeg to really push to become extremely affordable industry standards for 2D animation. Given enough time and effort, anything can happen.

Adobe Animate is retiring lol.. So we just have CSP, TV Paint, Toon Boom, and OpenToonz left to do 2d animation with??
