My Uncle, a @CarnivalCruise Diamond member w/ 91 cruises, was recently diagnose w/ aggressive pancreatic cancer & had to cancel 3 back-to-back (paid in full) cruises only to be told that he had to be on the ship if he wanted to be credited for the cancellation. Unreal.
