It has become routine to do a systematic review before committing to a RCT. We should do the same for prediction models. Please use the wheel.

This will go down in history as one of science and medical research's greatest achievements. Perhaps the most impressive. I put together a preliminary timeline of some key milestones to show how several years of work were compressed into months.

"Take a deep breath, you're okay." Something we say to every single patient as they wake up from anesthesia. Hilarious that we sometimes forget to offer the same to ourselves.

I've reviewed my share of medicolegal cases, mostly about drugs. If I could share one piece of prescribing advice it would be this: When opioids aren't working, simply giving more opioids probably isn't the answer.
