Is this right design choice for a small lot build or more modern?
Modern designs can look better as part of a cohesive, denser project, like the famous Blackbirds build in LA. But buyers love this farmhouse look on single family lots.

Recent whistleblower reports (e.g., WaPo, Mar 10) allege one former DOGE-affiliated engineer at SSA took two large databases (Numident/Master Death File, covering ~500M records) on a thumb drive, planning private use—now under SSA IG probe. I've come around to this Maxx Crosby trade concept.
In a perfect world, he retires a Raider.
In the world LV is in- where they're about to draft a QB #1- I think this may be a necessary move.
The Raiders were dead last, on offense, in EPA/play.
The QB, alone, won't solve that.
In fact, they can potentially *ruin* the QB by not investing around him.
They HAVE to get a WR. They HAVE to upgrade the OL.
Those aren't luxury decisions.
They HAVE to provide Mendoza with a better environment.
The picks for Crosby will help with that.
And they'll help get the team back to a place where they can reshift focus back to the defense faster.
