These were people who rode Air Force One with him. People who walked into the Oval Office and sat across the desk. Not one of them expressed a single concern on camera. Then came the debate. Within days, the same party that spent two years calling him the most accomplished president of their lifetime removed him from the ticket. Not one person who said those things has been asked publicly to explain the difference between what they told America and what they knew. Nobody has answered that question yet.
