@DrOz #2 remove penalty under ESRD Medicare when an individual has group or private health insurance and enrolls in Medicare part A only and defers Medicare Part B. A person has credible coverage, why would you penalize them 10% ?

@Hertz horrible time with Hertz Milwaukee Airport (2nd bad experience). I reserved a car for today. Gov shutdown led to flights delayed. Arrived 2 hours late & Hertz was closed. Called customer service they "you'll need to come back tomorrow". Enterprise took care of me.
