When violent protests target federal property and personnel, decisive action is required—not empty rhetoric. The National Guard deployment under Title 10 authority ensures public order and safeguards officers executing lawful warrants.
If Portland politicians spent half as much energy cooperating with federal immigration enforcement as they do grandstanding, these deployments wouldn’t be necessary.
Rule of law isn’t optional—it’s the foundation of national sovereignty.
