Maybe not a popular take but I am calling for this guy to be pardoned. Unless the DOJ plans on going after all the crooks in congress currently insider trading, this is simply skewed justice. There is no “justice” when guys like this get the book thrown at him yet members are illegally profiting every day. I don’t agree with what he did and he should be required to disgorge all the profits however, unless the DOJ plans on doing Congress next, this is not justice.

You need to have a chat with hotels. Their newest cost saving scheme is motion detected air conditioning. If there is no movement, the a/c turns off and the temp can go up to 80 degrees. So you go to bed in a nice cool room at 72 degrees at 10pm and then wake up at 2 am drenched in sweat in a hot, stuffy 80 degree hotel room.

Before you close your eyes tonight, do this one thing: Lower the temperature in your room to 65–68°F. Your core body temperature needs to drop 1–2 degrees to initiate deep sleep.
