@amazon customer service and refund processes have been atrocious lately. One night I spent almost 2 hours on the chat being passed from rep to rep because my return of items (all sent in the same box) had bad not been refunded. It took 3 attempts before the issue was resolved.

Fast forward- I’ve been trying to get a refund processed for two items for several weeks and chatted with online agents several times. Problem is still not resolved. Terrible. Do Better.
