@CasperUK looks like you have some disgruntled customers due to UPS. You can add one more. Why not try using a shipper from the 21st century. Took my full address but claim they don't have it, then state they have it, then fail delivery due to incorrect address. Should I try emma

And the best of it is...I call @CasperUK to discuss the situation and they’re closed for a team event...”dreaming up ways to make Casper even better” I’ll tell you how to make it better...use a delivery company who don’t lie about trying to deliver things like @UPS have today!
