@nytimes Is Timesmachine down? I can’t get it to load from any browser on laptop or iOS.

@Ask_Spectrum away from home, my spectrum app on both Roku and iPad are saying my password is wrong, it’s not. App works on my iPhone. But also other apps using my spectrum password on Roku are working fine, like ESPN or Foodnetwork.

@DanaDelany Hi Dana, there’s been a massive technical error that meant new films were not added to Watch TCM over the weekend. Engineering is working on fixing this now and they’ll be up shortly.

Anyone know why no films have been added to the @tcm app in a few days? Is this part of the ongoing brouhaha?

@MetroNorth now kicked off the train that was already later than he next one leaving had to cross down and up to go over several tracks when if you were canceling you could have said at State Street. So the train that was SUPPOSED to stop at West Haven going to Bport. The worst

@YESNetwork do you know how infuriating it is to be told on Roku, on iOS and on OSX “you are not subscribed to YES” when I pay through to nose for my Spectrum subscription? This has happened over and over. Terrible app.

⁦@NJTRANSIT⁩ what on earth can this even mean? I missed a train and spent the entire time at baggage claim at EWR trying to log on, changing password. Never got it. Terrible app terrible communication. Needless to say I WAS using the email suggested.

@Ask_Spectrum what is going on? Was watching the Mets game and suddenly I can’t sign into spectrum on any of my devices.

@united, on ua1753 YESTERDAY at 4:10pm from EWR to San Diego. The bag didn’t make the flight, and here, almost 24 hours later, it is STILL sitting in Newark Liberty Airport, not having moved. On hold for an hour this am, UA rep said Newark wasn’t answering. What is going on?!?!

@ShellStationsUS But the issue is the card did not get me any gas at two different stations. What is happening that you can’t use an AmEx at the pump? Is that being fixed? I have in the past without issue.

@castweet Hi, we're sorry to hear this. The situation you described is a standard practice by financial institutions when debit or credit cards are used to make purchases and pre-authorization is required. Your bank normally releases your fund depending on their hold policy.

@FuelRewards just tried to use my FR-tied AmEx at two different CT @ShellStationsUS both times it put the hold of $200 through and then wouldn’t allow me to select a fuel grade. I ended up using a different card at a third station and even though I put in my altID paid full price
