Kids in Philadelphia are losing a week of in-person instruction because @PhillyMayor couldn’t handle a basic function of city management on the east coast: snow removal. I hope it is a lesson learned when you remain in campaign mode it is hard to run a functional city.

Going to be honest, usually by now even my tiny street would have seen at least one plow. I think this was probably one of the most poorly managed storms by the city. Especially one with so much headway we knew it was happening.
