They thought 7,500 miles would suffice and he said “it just happens sometimes in this industry”- bullshit. I’m sorry about your experience

@cathybaron @AmericanAir @Speedbirduk I am disabled. My 1st flight was inexplicably delayed, causing me to miss cnxn. AA assured me I cld make connection: lie. Forced to pay $1800 for Delta flight to make mtg. Now ghosted by AA “customer relations” after email stating they would “win back my business”. Don’t fly!

@JoshuaCPowers @AmericanAir @Speedbirduk Oh and they won’t give anything close to adequate to make things right. 7,500 miles and a $200 voucher. We spent $200 to sit together just for that flight to be canceled. No refund. 7,500 miles? That’s a one way trip one state over….maybe.
