@CostaCoffee why are you unavailable to talk to your customers via a telephone. There are some issues where you need to speak. My issue is I spent £275 on gift cards for QA Oncology Dept on 13th Nov and still have not received all of them. Please sort it out

@Accor here we are staying in the Novotel in Monaco. Executive room with sea view. Go and sit on the balcony and all we can smell is weed. It is illegal here we complained but manager can do nothing, not even move us. Is that your policy just allow it???

@OhSineady I have recently lost my 23yr old son, he was my only child and I am on my own, apart from my immediate family. I am not here to tell you that it will get better because it doesn't. The strongest thing you can do for Shane is get up every day and try to get through.
