Per the indictment: an SPLC field source was a member of the online leadership chat group that planned the 2017 "Unite the Right" rally in Charlottesville — made racist postings under SPLC supervision and helped coordinate transportation to the event. FBI Director Kash Patel: "They lied to their donors, vowing to dismantle violent extremist groups, and actually turned around and paid the leaders of these very extremist groups — even utilizing the funds to have these groups facilitate the commission of state and federal crimes." Acting AG Todd Blanche: "The SPLC is manufacturing racism to justify its existence. Using donor money to allegedly profit off Klansmen cannot go unchecked." Scheme allegedly ran 2014–2023. Today, a grand jury in Alabama returned an 11-count indictment charging the Southern Poverty Law Center with wire fraud, false statements to a federally insured bank, and conspiracy to commit concealment money laundering. @splcenter stands accused of manufacturing and creating the very extremism it purports to oppose. Instead of dismantling extremism, @splcenter was funding it. I would like to thank our partners from @USAO_MDAL and @FBI for their incredible efforts in bringing this case. Let’s make the revelations in @patel_patriot’s post come alive here in Colorado. Consider Jena’s password scandal. They didn’t tell the clerks bc they didn’t want a media storm. So, instead, they told both the clerks and the public that there was no breach and everything was fine. (Note this was early voting in 2024 — we were in an active election. The passwords were also exposed during that year’s primary election.) A breach would involve physical access to the machines according to all the storytelling. I believe Jena confirmed that with @KyleClark in their interview, but that decentralization is a feature of the state’s story of election integrity. Physical access to the machines is required to breach. The machines are in the counties. Because the machines are in the counties, CDOS cannot confirm no physical access to the machines without telling the clerks about the exposure, and investigating a potential breach at the county level together. They claimed there was no breach — but they cannot know that unless (1) they worked with the clerks to investigate, or (2) they can remotely determine that there was no physical access breach. Beall (fmr Dep SecState — current at the time of the scandal) admitted that #1 didn’t happen. But if it was #2, then the impenetrable air-gap story is debunked by their own explanations. Remote access to Colorado elections without the knowledge of the ELECTED clerks?!? That raises real issues for the entire election narrative about election security controls. There is a third option: They lied. They never investigated to determine if there was a breach, and they had no intention to until they got caught, after which all of the energy and resources went to the cover story to protect the appearance of gold standard elections (at the expense of election security). It’s most likely a combination of 2 and 3 imo.

Iranian whistleblower drops the playbook on how U.S. elections are being stolen, demonstrating in real time, just how easy foreign actors can hack U.S. voter systems and flood swing states with ballots. It starts with simple SQL injection using a basic downloadable tool to breach voter registration databases in 40+ states. No nation-state malware needed, just basic web exploits on misconfigured government sites. Operators pull complete voter rolls, names, addresses, birthdates, status, and mass-extract the data. The demo shows Alaska's entire database as proof, creating ready-made lists for identity hijacking. Using the stolen data, you see just how easily thousands of fraudulent Federal Write-In Absentee Ballots (FWABs) are generated through the official FVAP "dot" gov website, the same system for legitimate military/overseas voters. These fake ballots can be rapidly submitted to pad counts in battleground areas with almost no detection. The whistleblower claims this method produced hundreds of thousands of fraudulent ballots per state, 134,000+ in Alaska alone. This explains the uniform "all Biden" mail-ins with no folds, perfect numerical order, sudden military/overseas surges with identical timestamps and non-military addresses. This combines foreign interference with domestic weaknesses in mail-in processes and systems like Dominion/ES&S, turning "legal" absentee pathways into undetectable fraud vectors. Without major reforms, hand-counted paper ballots, voter ID, chain-of-custody audits, abolishing electronic machines, this remains the playbook for stealing future elections.
