I'm a doctor. I'm also schizophrenic, which is something my colleagues & patients don't know. My schizophrenia makes me a better doctor. Whenever I have a complicated case or a medical mystery, the voices I hear in my head help me to get to the bottom of it & treat the patient.

@critikids True. I too empathize with them due to the harassment they receive. Although I do not understand how they see their political enemies go through similar things and decide to join in on the dog piling. Overall, I think staying and engaging with the public is most beneficial.

Scientists leaving X to go to other platforms is so childish and counterproductive. They’ll go to other platforms to join an echo chamber instead of engaging with the general public. Then they will complain about not reaching the public. It’s a never-ending cycle. They’re the cause, not the solution.

The @HiltonHotels Doubletree in Boston is the worst. We booked a reservation for adjoining rooms - we’re traveling with small kids - but they gave someone else the other room. So now either kids stay alone down the hall or four of us share a king… Their remedy: an $18 voucher

The only thing that is guaranteed is your reservation (a room to stay in). It gets exponentially worse if you don’t book directly.
