@British_Airways What an absolute rip off , British Airways won't refund or change our £150 paid for seats on three flights that have now changed and we are no longer on the same flights as they over booked causing us a total of 12 hours in lay overs. This is just robbery.

@Ryanair How do I get in touch regarding a refund from APRIL , you finally processed it 2 weeks ago but only refunded the added hold luggage and not the actual flight cost ... getting ever so slightly peeved now. Tried to DM but as per usual got no response..
