Wednesday fun! Here's the next question in the CSUB EDTE4200 Slow Chat. Make sure you include A3) before your response. Don't forget to tag #CSUBTED , #CSUBEDTE4200, and your EDTE 4200 professor.
@tom_karnes A4) When I have questions about technology I ask the teacher that I work with, I would recommend asking teachers with experience that can guide you in the right direction. They can tell you what might work best, and asking your students for their input. #csubted@dreddiesclass
Last evening of the Slow Chat! Here's the next question. Make sure you include A4) before your response. Don't forget to tag #CSUBTED , #CSUBEDTE4200, and your EDTE 4200 professor.
@tom_karnes@doctor2pi A4) that's literally what the #EDTE4200 and #CSUBTED is for😂 tech recommendations and feedback on how the tools can be implemented. I have already seen some great ideas I didn't think of! @doctor2pi
@tom_karnes@doctor2pi A4. I would look for new and effective tools in teacher groups which can be found on Fb, TikTok, and Pinterest. This also provides feedback from real teachers. #CSUBTED#CSUBEDTE4200@doctor2pi
@doctor2pi A2) A form of technology I would suggest to future educators or teachers would be Google Classroom. I have been in the teaching field for about 2 years now and it has been one of the most helpful tools! You can assign work, keep in touch to see who’s done or not, etc. Great tool!
@msantos_lara@doctor2pi Hi Maria I would also recommend Google calender it is a great tool which can keep students updated from home and ensure they don't miss assignments. #EDTETED#EDTE4200@doctor2pi
@doctor2pi A2: I would recommend Google Calendar. Teachers can share class agendas and school events with the students and their families. One can change the language of the content; making it accessible to non native English speaking families.
#EDTE4200#CSUBTED@doctor2pi
@doctor2pi A2. A tech resource i would recommend to other educators is Google Slides. Google Slides is a free resource that has the ability enhance collaboration inside and outside of the classroom. #EDTETED#EDTE4200@doctor2pi

@IrisLopez989560@doctor2pi Hi iris, i agree class dojo is an excellent tool to communicate with parents regarding their student. I’ve used class dojo before and was left with a positive experience. #CSUBTED#CSUBEDTE4200@doctor2pi
@doctor2pi A) Q1: Teachers and parents can collaborate together on class dojo to communicate any concerns and ideas. Regarding the students academic, social, and emotional needs. Both parties can focus on learning the students interest in tech. tech.@doctor2pi#CSUBTED#EDTE4200
@doctor2pi A1. Parents and teachers can utilize google mail in order to support students needs. Google mail facilitates communication between teachers and parents by supporting ELL with google translate, making communication more accessible to them. #CSUBTED#CSUBEDTE4200@doctor2pi
